高校党建工作不仅是高校教育事业的组成部分,同时也是我们党在当前的建设与发展路线中的一项重要工作,并且构建科学的高校学生党员监督激励机制也更有利于我们党员的权利和义务的行使。但在目前我国的高校党建工作中由于党员监督机制的不够完善,学生党员的质量无法获得保障,导致党建工作开展还存在着较大的局限性。本文将针对高校党建工作对其监督激励制度进行调查研究,并就如何建立健全监督激励机制提出相应的解决办法。
