我厂从生产型企业转变为生产经营型企业,从历史亏损大户,一跃转变为盈利企业,是从企业计划管理入手,抓市场信息,特别是在大宗原料管理问题上有计划地进行了调查研究,最后改变原有用煤渠道,从而降低了吨焦煤的成本。仅1985年上半年即节省原料费用款719,935.15元,占我厂上半年实际完成利润50%以上。
