This is the author’s translation of the report of the author at the seminar on the international ballistic missile defense system in Moscow on 24 November 1993 and, in conjunction with the previous report of Svatlof, the joint report of the anti-missile scenario for anti-medium-range ballistic missiles Part, according to the recording finishing.
