目的观察小儿哮咳喘颗粒对感染流感病毒小鼠的影响及体外抑菌和抗病毒作用。方法昆明小鼠灌胃不同浓度的小儿哮喘溶液1次/d,连续7d,末次给药后4h经鼻滴入流感病毒,观察7d,记录小鼠死亡率,试验设病毒灵对照和空白对照;常规方法做体外抑菌试验;以Hep-2传代细胞进行传代培养,观察小儿哮咳喘颗粒最大无毒剂量(TD0)、细胞半数感染量(TCID50)以及不同剂量受试药物对感染病毒细胞的保护作用。结果小儿哮咳喘颗粒组感染病毒动物死亡率为100%,阴性对照组死亡率为0。在体外试验显示,小儿哮咳喘颗粒对肺炎双球菌和流感杆菌等多种细菌有明显的抑制作用,对流感病毒和柯萨奇病毒所致的细胞病变均明显减轻。结论小儿哮咳喘颗粒具有抑菌和抗病毒作用,对感染流感病毒小鼠有明显的保护作用。
Objective To observe the effects of Xiaoer Ke Kechuan Granules on mice infected with influenza virus and its antibacterial and antiviral effects in vitro. Methods Kunming mice were given intragastric administration of different concentrations of asthma solution once a day for 7 days. Four hours after the last administration, influenza virus was instilled into the nose for 7 days. Mortality was recorded. Virus control and blank control were set up. In vitro antibacterial test was performed by conventional methods; Hep-2 passaged cells were subcultured to observe the maximal non-toxic dose (TD0), cell half-infection (TCID50) of Xiaoer Ke Kechuan granules, and different doses of tested drugs against infected virus cells. Protective effects. Results The mortality rate of the animals infected with Xiaoke Kechuan Granules group was 100%, and that of the negative control group was 0. In vitro tests showed that Xiaoer Ke Kechuan Granule had significant inhibitory effects on various bacteria such as pneumococci and influenza bacillus, and significantly reduced cytopathic effects caused by influenza virus and Coxsackie virus. Conclusion Xiaoerke Kechuan Granule has antibacterial and antiviral effects, and it has obvious protective effect on mice infected with influenza virus.
