报废设备估价中常用的市场比较法,用该方法对两个实例进行计算并给出估价结果。在此基础上组织开展模拟竞价工作并对结果进行对比分析,分析表明在某些条件下估价与竞价结果是一致的。可以认为用市场比较法进行估价是科学合理的,该结果可以用作资产盘点清算、资产强制变现或竞价拍卖处置的底价等。
The commonly used market comparison method in the valuation of discarded equipment, the method is used to calculate two examples and give the valuation results. On the basis of this, we organized the simulation bidding work and conducted a comparative analysis of the results. The analysis shows that under certain conditions, the valuation is consistent with the bidding results. It can be considered that it is scientific and reasonable to use the market comparison method for valuation. The result can be used as the reserve price for liquidation of assets, forcible liquidation of assets or reserve price for auction and auction.
