我们学校有7个班,370多个同学,一共只有10位老师。一般说,老师们的负担是比较重的。但是大家都工作得很愉快。这是与我们的事务员王永怀老师工作的努力分不开的。我们学校的规模并不大,但在设备方面,由于王老师的精密计划、分清缓急,逐年添置和亲手制造校、教具,所以也能满足教学的需要。在现有校、教具中,他自制的就达五十多种。王老师不僅能自制校、教具,而且善于保管,善于修缮,这就使得很多用具如挂图、(?)板、秋千等,能使用许多年。王老师深深懂得要想发挥教师们的工作積极性,
