我厂为试制240整体薄壁球铁活塞,选用150公斤中频感应电炉作为熔化设备。球铁活塞的材质为QT60-2。机械性能要求抗拉强度σ_b≥60公斤力/毫米~2,屈服强度σ_(0.2)≥42公斤力/毫米~2,延伸率δ_5≥2％,HB229～302。球铁活塞技术条件要求球化率达到1级或2级,铁素体含量小于30％。化学成分要求P<0.10％,S <0.03％,Ni为0.4～1.0％,其它元素含量不作验
