水利工程建设是百年大计,控制工程质量是使国家投资发挥最大经济效益的有效措施,也是施工单位技术水平,管理能力的体现。本文从现阶段我国水利工程建设质量管理体制出发,从工程监理的角度着重探讨如何进行工程质量控制工作,从而保证水利工程的建设质量。
Water conservancy project construction is a hundred years plan, control of project quality is to make the state investment to maximize economic efficiency, effective measures, but also the construction unit technical level, management capacity of the embodiment. Based on the quality management system of water conservancy construction in our country at present, this paper focuses on how to carry out the quality control of engineering from the perspective of project supervision so as to ensure the construction quality of water conservancy project.
