本文讨论了四路输出单端反激变换器的优化设计与分析。文中给出了优化数学模型,有16个设计变量,16个不等式约束,优化目标为变换器的功耗与重量的加权和为最小。用增广拉格郎日乘子罚函数法编制了机辅优化程序(FORTRAN—IV),在PDP11/03微型机上实现。以变换器的开关频率为参变量进行优化计算,对本文所给具体电路,当开关频率在20~60KHZ范围内变化时,功耗与频率关系呈U型曲线,并得到以下最优设计规律:变换器工作在临界状态;最优的稳态占空比为0.3~0.34;磁心的气隙宽度应尽量大(例如1.2~1.3mm)等。
This article discusses the four-output single-ended flyback converter optimization design and analysis. In this paper, an optimization mathematical model is given, with 16 design variables and 16 inequality constraints. The optimization goal is that the weighted sum of power consumption and weight of the converter is the minimum. The augmented Lagrange multiplier penalty function method was used to develop the machine-assisted optimization program (FORTRAN-IV), which was implemented on the PDP11 / 03 microcomputer. The switching frequency of the converter is taken as the parameter to optimize the calculation. For the specific circuit given in this paper, when the switching frequency is in the range of 20 ~ 60KHZ, the relationship between power consumption and frequency is U-shaped curve and the following optimal design rule is obtained: Converter work in the critical state; the optimal steady-state duty cycle of 0.3 ~ 0.34; core air gap width should be as large as possible (for example, 1.2 ~ 1.3mm) and so on.
