在国民经济、国防建设、科学研究和社会生活中,测量者和利益相关各方最为关心的是测量是否有效、测量结果是否可信,或者说测量的质量(品质)如何。引入测量不确定度的概念,利用它的表示来评定测量水平或质量,是计量界在总结大量测量实践和误差理论的基础上进行研究的一个重要成果。从传统上理解,它是被测量真值所处范围的估计值。但是真值是一个理想化的概念,实际上往往是难以操作的或是未知量,而可以具体操作的则是测量结果的变化。如何应用测量不确定在检测技术评定表示中,结合实例详述了具体应用,以及报告结果的要求。
In the national economy, national defense construction, scientific research and social life, the most concerned measureters and stakeholders are whether the measurement is effective, whether the measurement is credible, or how the quality (quality) of the measurement is. The introduction of the concept of measurement uncertainty and the use of its representation to measure the level or quality of measurements is an important achievement of the metrology community on the basis of a large number of measurement practices and error theories. It is traditionally understood that it is an estimate of the range in which the true value to be measured lies. However, the truth value is an idealized concept. In fact, it is often difficult to operate or unknowns. What can be done is the change of measurement results. How to Apply Uncertainty in Measurement As part of the assessment of testing techniques, detailed examples of the specific applications and the requirements for reporting the results are given.
