JC-300型调度绞车适用于运输场所装卸货物的调度作业,但是绞车中间轴的离合装置在实际运行过程中易发生“顶尖”现象,导致离合失败。针对此种情况,提出分别在中间轴小齿轮和滑块上设置导向轮的改进方案,运用SolidWorks软件建立三维模型并进行干涉检查,讨论设计方案的可行性,并利用ANSYS软件对改进后的离合装置结构进行强度分析。应用结果表明,改进后的离合装置结构,其强度满足要求,避免了“顶尖”现象,提高了设备运行的可靠性。
JC-300 type scheduling winch is applicable to the dispatching work of loading and unloading goods in the transportation field. However, the clutch device of the winch intermediate shaft is prone to “top ” phenomenon in the actual operation, resulting in the failure of clutch. In view of this situation, an improved scheme of setting guide wheels on the countershaft pinion and the slider respectively is proposed. The three-dimensional model and the interference check are established by using SolidWorks software. The feasibility of the design scheme is discussed. The improved clutch Device structure for strength analysis. The application results show that the structure of the improved clutch device meets the requirements of its strength and avoids the “top” phenomenon and improves the reliability of equipment operation.
