组工干部要敢于坚持原则,这不仅是组工干部履好职尽好责的关键所在,也是人民群众对组工干部的热切期待。去年全国组织工作满意度民意调查显示,群众对组工干部的意见有一条是“不敢坚持原则”。组工干部敢不敢坚持原则直接关系到选人用人风气的好坏,关系到组织工作群众满意度的高低,甚至关系到干部人事制度改革的成败。组工干部应把敢于坚持原则作为最基本的职业操守认真加以锤炼,努力使自己成为党性最强
Cadres in groups must dare to uphold the principle. This is not only the key to the good work done by the cadres in the group but also the fervent expectation of the masses of cadres on group work. Last year, the poll conducted by the National Organization for Job Satisfaction showed that one of the opinions of the masses on the cadres of group work was that they “can not uphold the principle.” Whether or not the group cadres dare to adhere to the principle is directly related to the quality of the selection and employing manners and the level of satisfaction of the mass organizations involved in the work and even the success or failure of the cadre and personnel system reform. Cadres of group work should conscientiously hone the principle of daring to adhere to their basic ethics and strive to become the strongest party spirit
