1996年12月16日,对中国的广大股民来说,无疑是一个“黑色星期一”。这一天,《人民日报》在头版头条位置刊登了本报特约评论员文章:《正确认识当前股票市场》,首都各大报纸均在头版予以转载。中国的证券市场自从1990年以上海和深圳两个交易所的成立为标志恢复建立以来,以如此重要的版面和如此大的篇幅在党报上做文章,这还是第一次。
