以长期水分利用效率有显著差异的2份结缕草种源Z109和Z054为试材,研究了干旱胁迫对其光合特性和光合响应曲线的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫下Z109的光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度和水分利用效率的变化不显著;而Z054在干旱胁迫下光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率以及瞬间水分利用效率显著下降,胞间CO2浓度显著上升,潜在水分利用效率变化不显著,说明干旱对Z109光合特征影响较小,Z109比Z054更适应干旱胁迫。在干旱胁迫下,2份种源光合响应曲线变化一致,其最大光合速率均下降,而光补偿点和光饱和点均上升。
The effects of drought stress on photosynthetic characteristics and photosynthetic response curves of two Zoysia japonica provenance provenances Z109 and Z054 with long-term water use efficiency were studied. The results showed that there was no significant change in photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration and water use efficiency of Z109 under drought stress. However, the photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and instantaneous water use efficiency of Z054 under drought stress The efficiency decreased significantly, the intercellular CO2 concentration increased significantly, and the potential water use efficiency changed insignificantly, indicating that drought had little effect on photosynthetic characteristics of Z109 and Z109 was more adaptive to drought stress than Z054. Under drought stress, the photosynthetic response curves of the two provenances changed in the same way, the maximum photosynthetic rate decreased, while the light compensation point and light saturation point increased.
