目的:观察西地碘片含服加常规生理盐水口腔擦洗预防口腔感染的效果。方法:选择禁食水并留置胃管7天以上重症患者73例,随机分为观察组37例及对照组36例;对照组常规应用生理盐水擦洗口腔,每天4次;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用西地碘片含服,每天4次;7天后对比观察两组口腔黏膜感染发生情况。结果:对照组口腔未感染率为61.1%,观察组为83.8%;观察组口腔未感染率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用西地碘片含服加生理盐水擦洗可有效预防重症患者口腔感染。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of western iodine tablets plus conventional saline oral scrub to prevent oral infections. Methods: 73 cases of severe patients with fasting water and indwelling gastric tube were randomly divided into observation group (37 cases) and control group (36 cases). In the control group, saline was used to wash the oral cavity four times a day, while in the control group Based on the use of iodine tablets with clothing, 4 times a day; 7 days after the comparison of two groups of oral mucosal infection. Results: The uninfected oral cavity in the control group was 61.1% and the observation group was 83.8%. The uninfected oral cavity in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Western iodine tablets with saline plus scrub can effectively prevent oral infections in critically ill patients.
