选40只体重在80~120gSD健康雄性大鼠,随机分为5组。分别喂以不同铁(FeSO4)、锌(ZnSO4)含量的饲料。第1组:Fe:20μg/g,Zn:18μg/g;第2、3、4组Fe分别为:40、80、160μg/g,Zn均为18μg/g;第5组Fe40μg/g,Zn36μg/g。喂养20d后按体重5.55×10-2GBq/g进行65Zn灌胃,当日起连续收集5d粪尿,用65Zn示踪法测定各组动物锌吸收、存留与体内分布情况。结果表明:第1、2、3、4组间大鼠锌吸收率、存留率、体内分布无显著性差异,低锌组(1、2、3、4组)大鼠体内的锌吸收率与存留明显高于高锌组(5组),1组与5组之间的锌体内分布也有显著差异。说明在本次实验条件下,非血红素铁对无机锌在大鼠体内吸收与存留影响不大,而饲料中锌含量增加可显著抑制锌的吸收率与存留率,其影响作用比铁的作用显著
Forty healthy male rats weighing 80-120g were randomly divided into five groups. Feeds were fed with different iron (FeSO4), zinc (ZnSO4) content.
