在pH4.0乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,在CTMAB存在下,钒(Ⅳ)与o-CPF生成紫红色络合物,λ_(max)=560m,摩尔吸光系数ε=5.1×10~4,钒量在0—30μg/25mL范围符合比尔定律,方法已用于矿石和钢铁中微量钒的测定。
In pH 4.0 acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution, vanadium complex was formed between vanadium (Ⅳ) and o-CPF in the presence of CTMAB with λ max = 560m and molar absorptivityε = 5.1 × 10-4. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-30μg / 25mL, and the method has been applied to the determination of trace vanadium in ores and steel.
