贯彻执行毛主席提出的“百花齐放、百家争鸣”的方针,对于用马克思主义占领自然科学阵地,支持新生事物,促进科学技术的发展,有着很重要的意义。从这一期起本刊开辟“问题讨论”专栏,欢迎广大工农兵、干部和科技工作者踊跃投稿,对科学实验中的不同观点,展开讨论。小麦夏播是最近几年随着科学实验群众运动的发展提出的一个很有意义的新课题。本刊今年第三期发表了江苏溧水县文教局《小麦育种一年三代》的文章,这一期又发表山西稷山县清河公社良种场的文章。我们准备进一步对这个问题展开讨论,以促进这项研究的开展。
The implementation of Chairman Mao’s principle of “letting a hundred flowers bloom and a hundred schools of thought contend” is of great significance to occupying the natural science front with Marxism, supporting new life and promoting the development of science and technology.
