思想政治工作如何围绕提高经济效益这个中心开展工作,是摆在我们面前的一项重要任务。一、加强党的建设,增强凝聚力一是结合工作实际,加强党员干部的思想教育。要坚持党支部书记和专业技术人员等各层次的学习制度,以增强党员干部的党性观念和带头作用,充分发挥他们在深化改革、提高效益、团结稳定中的模范带头作用,形成党委工作的整体合力。二是要不断加强党的基层组织建设。及时调整基层党支部班子,不断充实骨干力量,在组织发展上,要坚持高标准,以保持党员队伍的先进性。同时要坚持开展“争先创优”竞赛活动,保持企业活力。三是要加强班子建设,形成整体工作合力。领导班子强弱,决定着本单位事业的兴衰,因此,党委、企业领导要从自身做
