行政救济制度是保障制度中重要的制度,对经济发展非常重要。本文首先阐述其基本概念,其次阐述了国外的主要国家的行政救济制度,最后总结了国外行政救助制度给我国的借鉴之处。通过本文作者指出其借鉴之处包括:救助制度的法制建设;普遍救助与有侧重点的救助差异化;实施分层次的救助;要逐步让责任承担成为受救助的前提;通过提高整个社会的福利程度减少救助的支出。
