采用旧报纸脱墨浆作为生产电气用纸新原料。由旧报纸脱墨浆生产的纸张经亚麻子油浸渍后纸张的裂断长提高,电气性能得到了明显改善,即介电常数显著提高,交流电导率明显下降。研究发现,利用旧报纸脱墨浆抄造的纸的电气性能与原生木浆纸的电气性能相当,二者在经亚麻子油浸渍加工后电气性能也接近。
The use of old newspaper deinking pulp as a new raw material for the production of electrical paper. Paper made from the old newspaper deinked pulp impregnated with linseed oil increased the rupture length of the paper, the electrical properties have been significantly improved, that is, significantly increased dielectric constant, AC conductivity decreased significantly. The study found that the electrical properties of the paper made from the deinked pulp of the old newspaper were comparable to the electrical properties of the virgin wood pulp paper, and the electrical properties of the paper were also similar after being impregnated with linseed oil.
