在烧结厂的设计和生产中,环保问题已经成为了决定性的因素。如今,在许多城市地区,新建烧结厂或现有烧结厂扩建,只有在确保严格执行环保排放规定的情况下才能得到批准。采用传统技术往往不可能达到现行排放标准,更不必说排放标准预计会在中短期内变得进一步严格。有鉴于此,作为一家领先的冶金工业设备制造商,西门子奥钢联开发并实施了新技术,能够将烧结生产的环境排放指标降低到前所未有的水平。通过采用与奥钢联钢铁公司联合开发的称之为Eposint的烧结废气选择性循环系统,加上西门子奥钢联开发的MEROS新型废气干法除尘系统,这一目标得以实现。目前,这两种工艺均已在奥钢联钢铁公司第5烧结厂投入运行,环保效果远远好于预期指标。
Environmental issues have become a decisive factor in the design and production of sinter plants. Today, in many urban areas, expansion of new or existing sinter plants can only be approved if strict compliance with environmental regulations is guaranteed. It is often impossible to achieve the current emission standards using traditional technologies, not to mention the emission standard is expected to become more stringent in the short to medium term. In view of this, Siemens VAI, a leading manufacturer of metallurgical industrial equipment, has developed and implemented new technologies to reduce the environmental emissions of sintered products to an unprecedented level. The goal was achieved by adopting a selective catalytic cracking off-gas system called Eposint jointly developed with VAI and with the new MEROS dry-cleaning exhaust gas purification system developed by Siemens VAI. At present, both processes have been put into operation at the 5th sinter plant of VAI, and the environmental effect is much better than expected.
