FSW和EBW都十分适合用于铝合金的焊接。本文通过采用FSW和EBW两种焊接方法对8 mm厚的2219铝合金进行焊接,并对其焊接接头的组织、硬度及抗拉强度、断口形貌等进行了对比和分析。结果表明,二者的焊缝组织晶粒度均大于母材,断口均以韧性断裂为主,且EBW接头拉伸断口主要位于热影响区与母材交界处,接头抗拉强度可达到母材的97.3%;FSW接头拉伸断口位于焊缝处,抗拉强度略低于EBW。
FSW and EBW are all very suitable for the welding of aluminum alloy. In this paper, two kinds of welding methods of FSW and EBW were used to weld 8mm thick 2219 aluminum alloy. The structure, hardness, tensile strength and fracture morphology of welded joints were compared and analyzed. The results show that the grain size of the weld microstructure is higher than that of the base metal, the fracture toughness is the main fracture, and the tensile fracture of the EBW joint is mainly located at the junction of the heat affected zone and the base metal. The joint tensile strength can reach the base metal Of the 97.3%; FSW joint tensile fracture located in the weld, the tensile strength slightly lower than the EBW.
