一、当前农村学校所面临的问题(一)来自社会的问题1.安全责任如泰山压顶2005年12月2日,时任教育部部长的周济在全国中小学安全和管理工作电视会议中针对全国一个时期以来出现的各种意外事故发出了“生命不保何谈教育”的感慨。学生上学来回的路上出了交通事故,学校有责任;学生在学校上体育课出了事故,老师有责任;学生爬树爬山引火,学生上学回家……没有一件事情不需要操心的。
