深圳市宝安区劳动局投入“三个代表”学习以来,领会其中的思想内涵,学以致用,做到学习与工作实际相结合,取得一定成绩。一是重视法制宣传,推进劳动法制建设。通过新闻媒介开展劳动法律法规的宣传:在新城广场大型电子屏幕上开设了劳动保护知识宣传栏,在宝安有线电视台定期宣传播放有关劳动法律法规和公布投诉热线,在全区各镇、街道组织开展了大规模的劳动合同法律法规培训活动,组织参加培训的厂长、经理和劳资员达3700多
