摘要目的比较用不同的钆对比剂(GBCA)进行延迟钆增强软骨MR成像(d GEMRIC)获得的软骨指数,重视电荷的差异,并评估使用GBCA[具有双负电荷的钆特丁二胺(Gd-DTPA~(2-))除外]作为d GEMRIC的替代物的可行性。材料与方法根据使用的GBCA将44个完整猪髌骨分成4组:Gd-DTPA~(2-)组、双阴性钆布酸二甲基葡胺(Gd-BOPTA~(2-))组、单阴性钆酸葡甲胺(Gd-DOTA~-)组和非离子钆(Gd-DT-DO3A)组。将每组中的髌骨进一步分配为对照组(3个)或胰蛋白酶处理组(8个),并浸入2.5 mmol/L的GBCA溶液中。在0~
Abstract Objective To compare the cartilage indices obtained with delayed gadolinium enhanced cartilage MR imaging (d GEMRIC) with different gadolinium contrast agents (GBCA), with emphasis on differences in charge, and to evaluate the effect of GBCA [gadditetidine diamine with double negative charge -DTPA ~ (2-))] as an alternative to d GEMRIC.
