我矿从1975—1988年底止,共生产锰硅合金27681吨,平均单位电耗5849kWh,锰回收率仅70.50%,经济效益差。今年6月8日——7月29日在5000kVA 电炉上进行了配加萤石冶炼锰硅合金试验。收到了较好的经济效益。试验期间产品单位电耗由试验前的5196kWh 下降到4642kWh,锰回收率上升列76.83%。按1988年我矿供电情况和锰硅生产水平计算,全年可节电
