有效地预测大圆柱形钢锭的加热温度是许多大型锻造厂和轧钢厂非常关注的重要课题之一。本文给出了导热微分方程的解析解,研究了大圆柱形钢锭的加热特点,分析了加热速度、钢锭断面尺寸以及加热炉温度对钢锭表面到温时间和中心到温时间的影响,指出了保证加热质量的关键和缩短加热时间的途径。 Effective prediction of the heating temperature of large cylindrical ingots is one of the most important topics that many large forging mills and rolling mills are very concerned about. In this paper, the analytical solution of the differential thermal conductivity equation is given. The heating characteristics of the large cylindrical ingot are studied. The influence of the heating speed, the section size of the ingot and the temperature of the heating furnace on the ingot surface temperature and the time from the center to the temperature are analyzed. The key to heating quality and the way to shorten the heating time.
