根据不完全统计,在北京市人民政府版权处,收到有关版权的控告已达100多起,同时北京市版权事务所也接受了50多起,最终通过法院裁决的各种形式的版权纠纷已有30余件,而且大部分是在文化艺术界人士之间发生的。
According to incomplete statistics, the Copyright Office of the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality received more than 100 complaints about copyright while Beijing Copyright Office also accepted more than 50 copyright disputes and finally passed the court’s ruling on various forms of copyright disputes. There are more than 30 pieces, and most of them occur between people in the arts and culture circles.
