近些年来,随着人们生活水平的普遍提高,对于文化知识需求也越来越多,这也就有效的推动了我国图书馆事业的迅速兴起。而图书馆面对的主要对象是人,馆员也是为读者而服务的。因此,在现代图书馆的发展过程中,应该坚持以人为本的管理理念,加大对人本主义服务模式的建立,制定出明确的人本管理制度,确保所有的管理活动都是围绕着人而出发,切实将读者的利益放在首位,充分发挥人本主义的重要作用,从而逐步提高我国图书馆服务水平。为此,就对图书管理中人本主义服务模式的建立进行了研究讨论,并提出相关有效的建议措施。
