减轻学生过重的学习负担是时代要求的一个重要的教育思想。教学上“减负”不是简单地减少学生作业的数量而是要提高课堂教学的效率。我国目前的中小学教学有一个非常突出的问题,那就是:教师很辛苦,学生很痛苦,然而学生却没有得到应有的发展。研究表明,学校中的很多学习都是无效的。我们现在进行的课程改革,目的是要改变学生的学习方式,使课堂的教学策略发生变化,使得教师拥有有效教学的理念,掌握有效教学的策略或技术。高质量、高效率的课堂教学既是促进学生有效学习的基本前提条件,又是实施新课程的重要保障,因此,教师采取适宜的课堂教学策略对提高课堂教学效率、促进学生的学习效率显得尤为重要。
To reduce the student’s heavy learning burden is an important educational thought demanded by the times. Teaching “burden” not simply to reduce the number of student homework but to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. At present, there is a very prominent problem in primary and secondary education in our country. Teachers are very hard, students are very painful, but students have not got the proper development. Research shows that much of the learning in schools is ineffective. Our current curriculum reform aims to change the way students learn and make their teaching strategies change so that teachers have an effective teaching philosophy and effective teaching strategies or techniques. High quality and high efficiency of classroom teaching are not only the basic preconditions to promote effective learning but also the important guarantee for the implementation of new curriculum. Therefore, it is very important for teachers to adopt appropriate classroom teaching strategies to improve classroom teaching efficiency and promote students’ learning efficiency .
