江苏省木材公司从非洲象牙海岸进口一批原木(3558根,14405m~3)这批木材带有多种林木害虫,虫量大,为害严重。主要种类有长蠹、小蠹、长小蠹、粉蠹、象甲、天牛等。以长蠹类害虫数量最多,为害最重。一般为害深度6～8cm有的种类为害深度达20cm以上,最深可达37cm。主要树种为拟匹塔豆树Piptadeniastrum africarum Brenan、非洲毒箭木 Antiarisafricana Engl.、大榄仁木 Terminalia superba Engl.et Diels。原木在贮木场以每堆500m~3,堆高3m堆放,用厚度为25丝的拼幅聚乙烯塑料薄膜覆盖密封。用硫酰氟60g/m~3密闭48小时(日平均温度20℃)熏蒸处理,杀虫效果100％。
