向饱和蒸汽容积中进行喷水,可以有效地减小稳压器的最小蒸汽容积。有些设计在计算中不考虑或不完全考虑喷水促进蒸汽凝结的作用,实质是将这种作用客观上所增加的多余蒸汽容积,作为设备设计的安全裕量。本文推导出全面考虑喷水影响的计算公式。由于它比较真实地反映了稳压器实际工作状况,因此按其计算就能较准确地算出喷水量对最小蒸汽容积的影响程度,文中通过实例,进行了不考虑喷水影响的计算和部分考虑喷水影响的近似计算与全面考虑喷水影响的修正计算,结果证明了全面考虑喷水影响的修正解是一种更适宜于稳压器工程设计要求的计算方法。
Spraying saturated steam volumes can effectively reduce the minimum steam volume of the regulator. Some designs do not consider or do not fully consider the effect of water spray on steam condensation in the calculation.
