目的:分析大连市2008年出生缺陷监测的数据,了解出生缺陷发生情况及影响因素。方法:收集2008年大连市出生缺陷监测资料,采用SPSS11.5软件进行统计分析。结果:2008年大连市出生缺陷发生率为85.35万/;先天性心脏病位于首位;神经管畸形发生率农村高于城市;产妇年龄是出生缺陷发生率的重要影响因素。结论:应进一步提高农村地区出生缺陷诊断水平;加强出生缺陷三级预防,努力降低出生缺陷发生率。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the data of 2008 birth defects monitoring in Dalian to understand the occurrence of birth defects and its influencing factors. Methods: The surveillance data of birth defects in Dalian in 2008 were collected and analyzed by SPSS11.5 software. Results: The incidence of birth defects was 853,500 in 2008 in Dalian. Congenital heart disease was the top priority. The incidence of neural tube defects in rural areas was higher than that in urban areas. Maternal age was the most important factor in the incidence of birth defects. Conclusion: The diagnosis of birth defects should be further improved in rural areas. Third-level prevention of birth defects should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of birth defects.
