文氏现象不仅见于第二度房室传导阻滞,而且也可以发生于传导系统的其他部位和异位冲动的周围如窦房及束支阻滞,各部位异位冲动并行心律的传出阻滞。现将我院遇到一例阵发性室上性心动过速伴不完全性隐匿性右束支传导阻滞文氏现象分析如下:
