目的分析丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染者血清铁调素Hepcidin(Hepc)浓度及HCV RNA载量,探讨两者之的相关性。方法收集临床已确诊的HCV感染者183例,其中男性90例、女性93例。采用ELISA法测定血清Hepc的含量,通过实时荧光PCR定量测定HCV感染者的HCV RNA载量。结果 HCV感染者血清Hepc浓度均值为(33.78±12.90)ng/L,明显低于正常人[(58.06±7.91)ng/L],且HCV感染者的血清Hepc浓度与HCV RNA载量呈负相关(r=-0.632 1,P<0.05)。结论 HCV抑制Hepc表达是造成HCV感染者铁代谢失调的主要原因之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Hepcidin (Hepc) and HCV RNA in patients with hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Methods 183 cases of clinically confirmed HCV infection were collected, including 90 males and 93 females. Serum Hepc levels were determined by ELISA, and HCV RNA load was quantified by real-time fluorescence PCR. Results The mean serum concentration of Hepc in HCV-infected patients was (33.78 ± 12.90) ng / L, which was significantly lower than that in normal controls [(58.06 ± 7.91) ng / L] (r = -0.632 1, P <0.05). Conclusion HCV inhibition of Hepc expression is one of the main reasons for the imbalance of iron metabolism in HCV-infected patients.
