我公司先后对微粉均化、生料均化及钢渣均化等控制系统进行改造,通过在原均化系统的S7-200中加装EM277模块,构建中控S7-400与现场S7-200之间的DP通讯,并结合Step7编程软件和Wincc组态软件,实现中控对均化系统的控制。两年多的实际应用表明,此方法不仅高效实用,而且维护简便。本文以微粉均化控制系统为例,介绍改造方案。1改造的必要性
