教育新政对教师的教学工作提出了更高的要求,特别是对课堂教学质量。无论是进行思想教育,还是传授文化知识,都要求教师具有良好的语言修养。教师语言的优劣,教学方法的好坏,直接关系着课堂教学质量的提高,制约着教学效率的高低。幽默的课堂教学艺术,对知识的传授、教学质量的提高、良好课堂氛围的营造、师生关系的融洽、学生行为习惯的养成、学生优秀品质的培养,都有着极大的帮助。
The New Deal of Education put forward higher requirements for teachers' teaching work, especially the quality of classroom teaching.
