爲了加速國家經濟建設,逐步提高人民的物質和文化生活水平,促進人民節約儲蓄,一九五四年十二月二十日中華人民共和國主席命令公佈了‘一九五五年國家經濟建設公債條例’;二十一日國務院發佈了‘關於發行一九五五年國家經濟建設公債的指示’。關於我省的推銷計劃數字,已由中華人民共和國財政部核定爲一、二八○億元(各地區的具體推銷數字另行通知)。爲了勝利完成我省一九五五年國家經濟建設公債推銷工作,依照上述條例和指示的精神,結合我省實際情况,特作如下指示。
In order to speed up the economic construction of the country and gradually improve people’s material and cultural life and promote people’s saving, the President of the People’s Republic of China ordered the promulgation of the ’195 Bonds of National Economic Construction On January 21, the State Council promulgated the ’Directive on the Issuance of National Economic Construction Bonds in 1955.’ The sales promotion plan for our province has been approved by the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China at 1,280 million yuan (the specific marketing figures of all regions will be announced separately). In order to successfully accomplish the promotion of the state economic construction bonds in 1955 in our province, in accordance with the spirit of the above regulations and directives, and in light of the actual conditions in our province, we hereby make the following special instructions.
