我院自1998年1月～1999年10月采用Madigan前列腺切除术,治疗前列腺增生症28例,疗效满意,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 本组28例,年龄55～78岁,平均68岁,均有典型前列腺增生临床表现。直肠指检前列腺Ⅰ°4例,Ⅱ°18例,Ⅲ°4例,Ⅳ°2例,经腹部B超前列腺测定左右径5.0～8.5cm,上下径3.5～6.2cm,前后径4.0～5.6cm,5例中叶增生突入膀胱内,其中1例达3.5cm,尿潴留15例,余经腹部B超测残余尿为60
