徐鹏飞1949年生于长春。系中国美术家协会会员,中国美协漫画艺术委员会主任,人民日报(讽刺与幽默)报名誉主编,人民日报社高级编辑。生于黑土地的徐鹏飞,下乡当过知青,因有音乐细胞,吹长笛,进了宣传队、文工团;因有美术细胞,喜欢绘画,调吉林日报当美术编辑。
Xu Pengfei was born in 1949 in Changchun. Department of Chinese Artists Association, comic art director of China Association, Renmin Ribao (satirical and humorous) newspaper editor-in-chief, senior editor of People’s Daily. Born in the dark land of Xu Pengfei, educated youth to the countryside as a result of musical cells, flute, into the propaganda team, art troupe; because of art cells, like painting, adjust Jilin Daily as art editor.
