功能性子宫出血(简称功血)是由患者的卵巢内分泌功能失调所引起的,而生殖器官没有器质性病变,主要表现为不规则的子宫出血[1]。可以分为无排卵型或者排卵型功能失调性子宫出血,以无排卵型为多见。围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血是由于卵巢功能的逐渐减退引起的,米非司酮可以作用于女性内分泌器官和性腺轴的不同部位,被广泛应用于临床。我院应用二仙止崩汤联合米非司酮治疗功血,疗效满意。
