在1.8—2.0mol/L的磷酸溶液中,在聚乙烯醇存在下,维多利亚蓝B可用于水相直接光度测定阴离子表面活性剂。测定波长在555nm,对于十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠摩尔吸光系数分剐为7.44×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)和7.48×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。方法简便快速,毫克量的常见离子不干扰测定,本法可用于河水和生活废水中10~(-7)—10~(-6)mol/L的阴离子表面活性剂的测定,十二次测定变动系数为2.6%,回收率可达96—104%。
In 1.8-2.0mol / L phosphoric acid solution, in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol, Victoria Blue B can be used for aqueous phase direct photometric anionic surfactant. The molar absorptivities of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium dodecyl sulfate were 7.44 × 10 -4 L · mol -1 cm -1 and 7.48 × 10 ~ 4L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1).
