山西第二届第一次省各界人民代表会议,按「省各界人民代表会议组织通则」规定,应即于今年三月召开,并于去年十一月由省府与省协商委员会联合筹备,先后通知各单位及专县按民主方式选举代表。省府又于今年一月发出「一九五二年工作计划大纲」,请各选举单位认真讨论,提出意见。后为了集中力量作好「三反」「五反」,并在此基础上充分发扬民主,开好会议,特呈请政务院及华北行政委员会批准,延期
