广东省广州市总工会林小元报道2015年以来,广州市总工会机关各部门探索面向农民工的服务举措,开展维权、帮扶、法律援助、宣传教育等各项服务,让农民工感受到工会组织的温暖,吸引农民工入会。广州市总工会抓好涉及农民工的劳资纠纷排查化解工作,维护农民工合法权益。重点在农民工比较集中的行业开展劳资纠纷隐患排查,着力维护农民工在劳动报酬、劳动合同、社会保险等方面享有的法定权利,努力将劳资矛盾化解
