一、前言钛及钛合金具有优良的耐腐蚀性、小的比重和高的比强度(强度极限与比重之比)及一定的耐热性和加工性。因此在飞机、火箭、导弹、宇宙飞船、化工机械、炼油设备、海水淡化装置、仪器仪表和医疗器械等方面获得了越来越广泛的应用。基于钛及钛合金特定的物理、化学和热处理性能,其钨极氩弧焊工艺及接头的焊后处理等也有一定的要求。为掌握钛及钛合金的焊接工艺,提高焊接接头的质量,本文仅就钛及钛合金钨极手工氩弧焊时,必须注意的若干问题作简要介绍。
First, the preface Titanium and titanium alloy has excellent corrosion resistance, small specific gravity and high specific strength (strength limit and the ratio of specific gravity) and a certain degree of heat resistance and processability. Therefore, it has been applied more and more widely in aircraft, rockets, missiles, spacecraft, chemical machinery, oil refining equipment, desalination equipment, instrumentation and medical equipment. Based on the specific physical, chemical and heat treatment properties of titanium and titanium alloys, the TIG welding process and the post-weld treatment of joints also have certain requirements. In order to grasp the welding process of titanium and titanium alloy and improve the quality of the welding joint, this article only briefly introduces some problems that must be noticed when the TIG and TIG welding are performed manually.
