现将我院1976年以来结核病人食用鲐(鱼友)鱼引起组织胺中毒7起计125例报告如下。临床资料:本组125例,男性121例,女性4例,均系接受异烟肼治疗15天以上的结核病人。493例结核病人与391例非结核病人先后7次同时食用(?)鱼,结果125例结核病人发生了组织胺中毒.非肺结核病人却安然无恙。7次所食鲐(鱼友)鱼均感鱼味鲜美,无腐败变质,临床上可除外食物中毒和其它致病因素。
Now in our hospital since 1976, tuberculosis patients eat fish (fish) fish histamine poisoning caused by 7 cases of 125 reported as follows. Clinical data: The group of 125 patients, 121 males and 4 females, are receiving isoniazid treatment for more than 15 days of tuberculosis patients. 493 tuberculosis patients and 391 non-tuberculosis patients consumed the fish seven times at a time, resulting in histamine poisoning in 125 tuberculosis patients, but non-tuberculosis patients were safe and sound. 7 times consumption of fish (fish friends) fish are very tasty fish taste, no spoilage, clinically excluded food poisoning and other risk factors.
