目的探讨纤维桩与金属桩分别在上颌前牙和磨牙中的临床应用。方法对50例上颌前牙或磨牙的残根残冠用纤维桩和金属桩进行修复,观察修复后的效果。结果 50例残根残冠,20例前牙分别用纤维桩与金属桩修复,其中前牙使用纤维桩10例,成功率100%;金属桩10例,其中发生根折1例,牙龈炎症2例,成功率70%。30例磨牙分别用纤维桩与金属桩修复,其中纤维桩12例,有2例发生纤维桩折断,成功率83.3%。金属桩18例,金属桩成功率100.0%。结论纤维桩更适用前牙修复而金属桩更适用于磨牙修复。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of fiber posts and metal posts in maxillary anterior teeth and molars. Methods 50 cases of maxillary anterior teeth or molar residual roots were repaired with fiber posts and metal posts to observe the effect after repair. Results 50 cases of residual canvole and 20 cases of anterior teeth were repaired by fiber posts and metal posts respectively. Among them, 10 cases of fiber posts were used in anterior teeth, the success rate was 100%; 10 metal posts were found, of which 1 was rooted and 1 was gingival inflammation For example, the success rate of 70%. Thirty cases of molars were repaired with fiber posts and metal posts respectively, 12 of them were fiber posts, and 2 of them were broken with fiber posts, with a success rate of 83.3%. 18 metal posts, metal pile success rate of 100.0%. Conclusion The fiber post is more suitable for anterior teeth restoration and the metal posts are more suitable for restoration of molars.
