对某飞机主减速器后撑杆焊缝疲劳断裂原因作了分析。结果表明, 焊缝疲劳断裂是由于手工焊接时工艺控制不当, 使得焊缝局部受到较严重过热, 造成组织粗大, 导致焊缝局部疲劳强度降低。
Analysis of the cause of fatigue fracture of the weld bar of the rear derailleur of an aircraft main reducer. The results show that the fatigue fracture of the weld is due to improper process control in the manual welding, which leads to severe overheating of the weld locally, resulting in coarse tissue, which leads to the decrease of local fatigue strength of the weld.
