西北农林科技大学无公害农药研究服务中心近期研究证实,该中心自主研制开发的4.5%丙烷脒·壳寡糖可溶性液剂对番茄灰霉病具有较好的防治效果,在农业生产上值得开发利用。为明确4.5%丙·壳寡糖可溶性液剂(丙烷脒4%+壳寡糖0.5%)对番茄灰霉病的控制效果,研究人员采用菌丝生长速率法和悬滴法测定了其对番茄灰霉病菌的室内毒力,并采用常规喷雾法测定了其对番茄灰霉病的果实组织、盆栽的影响及田间药效。室内生物测定结果表明,该药剂对番茄灰霉病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的有效抑制中质量浓度(EC50)分别为1.56毫克/升和2.60毫克/升,
